Is the ATSTune score an employer’s real ATS score?: No. Employers and ATS products use different rules. The ATSTune score visualizes relative resume-to-job alignment so you can identify what to improve.
Can I match my resume with a job description?: Yes. Adding a specific job description produces more targeted keyword gaps, competency comparisons, and content recommendations.
Will AI optimization invent experience?: No. Your identity-level facts—name, employers, schools, dates, and precise numbers—are kept fixed. Optimization rewrites wording and may add role-relevant skills and content, and anything added that still needs your own evidence is marked for you to verify. Which resume files are supported?: ATSTune currently accepts PDF and DOCX files up to 10 MB. Scanned or unreadable files without enough extractable text are rejected.
